Privacy policy

This policy explains how Finanserve ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you enter in an enquiry form: name, WhatsApp number and the service you need.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• Basic, aggregated website usage data (pages visited, device type) through analytics tools, if enabled.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work. Where your work needs certification or audit, we share the relevant details with the independent practising Chartered Accountant who carries it out, with your consent. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

Our consultants, and service providers that run this website and deliver enquiry forms (currently Cloudflare for hosting and FormSubmit for delivering enquiries to our email).

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Records of engagements are kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the email below. You may also raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
