Questions

NGO setup questions

Can we receive CSR funds immediately?

CSR-1 registration depends on the NGO's tax registrations and track record. We map out the sequence and timeline at the start.

Do we need FCRA?

Only if you plan to accept foreign contributions. FCRA registration has its own eligibility conditions.

Who will be the directors or trustees?

Any adults you choose, subject to the minimums above. For a Section 8 company each director needs a DIN and digital signature, which we arrange.
